Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
United States
- Free shipping on all US orders over $50.
- Orders under $50: Economy shipping from $4.90 or Standard shipping from $6.90 (rate depends on order weight and is shown at checkout).
- Estimated delivery: 7–12 business days after your order ships.
International
We ship to 27 countries with DHL Express or USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery: 10–20 business days after your order ships. Import duties and taxes may apply and are the customer's responsibility unless they are shown as prepaid at checkout.
Multiple packages
Items in one order may ship separately and arrive on different days. You'll receive tracking for each package.
Delays
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, customs checks, weather and peak seasons can occasionally extend delivery times.
Lost or damaged packages
If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, or your order arrives damaged, email us at theflofty@gmail.com with your order number (and photos for damaged items) and we'll help resolve it.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if it needs to be changed; we can't change an address once the order has shipped.
