Orders & shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Shipping is free on all US orders over $50. Orders under $50 ship from $4.90.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to 27 countries with DHL Express or USPS. International rates are calculated at checkout.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Most US orders arrive within 7–12 business days after shipping, and international orders within 10–20 business days. See Shipping & Delivery for details.
How do I track my order?
You'll get an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. You can also track your order here with your order number and email.
Returns
Can I return an item?
Yes. You can request a return within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. See Returns & Refunds.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
Email theflofty@gmail.com with your order number and photos, and we'll make it right.
Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Checkout is secured and processed by Shopify.
